Inventory Control Coordinator - Co. Down

We are one of the leading ecommerce companies in Northern Ireland, shipping thousands of rugs every day and are delighted to have expanded with our fourth warehouse just opened in Liverpool Due to continued growth and expansion plans we are now recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

So what will you be doing at Kukoon.com:

Reporting to our Inventory Control Manager you will be involved in all aspects of inventory coordination across four sites which will include-

• Achieve and maintain 95%+ inventory accuracy through coordinating cycle counts and physically checking stock accuracy.
• Gather the data for all reports, including but not limited to: Adjustments, Transfers, Stock Locations and Consolidation reports.
• Prepare the POs for the warehouse team to check. Ensure the PO is accurate and close off after reporting and checking on any discrepancies.
• Problem solve all issues with the warehouse, CS and procurement teams including relabelling wrong barcodes, fixing missed pods and out of stock issues.
• Prepare audits on transfers and cycle counts to ensure accuracy, and follow up on to ensure adequate training has been provided.
• Provide information on to the warehouse team on consolidation of inventory and ensure it is being performed in an efficient manner.

• Experience within a fast paced environment with large quantities of stock
• Proven IT skills with experience using excel and google sheets
• This role is both office and floor based and requires someone who is happy to do the physical aspects of the role
• Strong attention to detail which will be tested during interview process
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communicator with both internal and external parties
• Team player and willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers
• Strong attention to detail skills - only producing high standard work
• Flexibility to travel to Liverpool when required
• Full clean driving licence
